Through somatic movement, breath, and trauma-informed yoga practices, I guide clients into a space of deep listening, emotional release, and nervous system regulation. These practices help you reconnect with your authenticity, expand your capacity, and feel safe, grounded, and present in your own body.

I offer Awaken Vinyasa yoga sessions for both groups and private clients — a dynamic, intentional flow that blends traditional yoga with somatic principles and deep inner inquiry. It’s not about perfect poses — it’s about meeting yourself in the moment and feeling what’s real.

For clients looking to go deeper, I also offer 1:1 emotional release sessions using Dr. Christian Gonzales’ ELM Health method, a powerful method that supports the clearing of stored emotion and energetic imprints through somatic-based processing and intuitive guidance.
