My New CanvasRebel Interview Is Live: A Conversation on Entrepreneurship, Intuition & Building a Business That Feels Like You
I'm excited to share that my newest interview with CanvasRebel Magazine is officially live.
If you've followed my journey over the past few years, you know it hasn't been a straight line. It's been a path of entrepreneurship, reinvention, healing, risk, intuition, and learning how to build a successful life without abandoning myself in the process.
This conversation gave me the opportunity to reflect on many of those experiences in a way I haven't before.
Why I Said Yes to This Interview
One of the things I appreciate most about CanvasRebel is that they focus less on polished highlight reels and more on the real stories behind entrepreneurship and personal growth.
Too often we celebrate success without talking about what it actually took to get there.
The uncertainty.
The pivots.
The moments of burnout.
The difficult decisions.
The healing.
The seasons where nothing made sense until looking back.
Those are often the moments that shape us the most.
A Few Things We Talk About
In the interview, I share more about:
Growing my first business after launching it at 22 years old
Why I believe entrepreneurship is as much an inner journey as it is a business strategy
Learning to trust intuition alongside logic
The role nervous system regulation has played in my life and work
Starting over and redefining what success means
What I wish more entrepreneurs understood about sustainable growth
Why building capacity matters more than constantly pushing harder
These conversations have become increasingly important to me because I've lived both sides of entrepreneurship.
I've experienced the hustle culture.
I've built successful businesses.
I've also experienced what happens when external success isn't matched by internal wellbeing.
Today my work is about helping ambitious founders, executives, creatives, and high-achieving women create success that feels aligned—not just impressive.
Success Isn't Just What You Build
One of the biggest lessons I've learned over the past several years is that the quality of our lives and businesses often reflects the quality of our relationship with ourselves.
Our nervous system.
Our beliefs.
Our emotional patterns.
Our capacity.
Our intuition.
These aren't separate from business.
They influence every decision we make.
When we begin working with the body—not against it—we often find ourselves making clearer decisions, setting healthier boundaries, leading with greater confidence, and creating businesses that are actually sustainable.
That intersection of somatics, leadership, intuition, and entrepreneurship is where my work now lives.
