Intuitive Business Mentorship: Where Somatics, Energy & Strategy Meet

I’ve been speaking a lot in my circles and offline about the work I do right now, and I’ve realized I haven’t spoken much about it here. I know my bio says that I’m a multi-passionate entrepreneur… and that’s true. And that has a lot of meanings.

For 17 years now, I have owned and operated businesses, growing and scaling my own brands and hundreds of other brands over the years, managing multiple 7-figure assets, investing in businesses and consulting 6- and 7-figure founders. I’ve owned and operated an award-winning, full-service digital marketing agency with clients and team members all over the U.S. I’ve launched and named a few dozen businesses. I’ve created launch strategies, crisis management strategies, escalation plans, hundred-person events… and intimate ones too. I’ve coordinated podcast and media tours. Elevated brand strategy, logos and messaging. Created and marketed courses, digital products, physical products, services and more.

That’s one side of me.

Another side of me is the data nerd… tracking KPIs and goals. Managing ad spend and budgets, and strategic and tactical planning for launching new products, ideas, brands and more.

Another side of me that I didn’t start speaking about publicly until a few years ago is my spiritual, intuitive and gifted side. Since I was a little girl, I’ve been able to know, see, feel, hear, taste or smell things and channel messages. Call it premonitions… psychic gifts… intuition… I even used the skill in my businesses.

My intuition and psychic capabilities have always been there. And yet, after years of gaslighting and manipulation and societal programming, I learned to turn those gifts down. They were still there, just muted… and over the last eight years, after finding somatic work and pulling back from the life I had cultivated, I began to turn up the antenna for the supernatural.

Why am I telling you all of this?

Because I understand the high-achiever, success experience and the intuitive, ethereal and supernatural one. During my transition over the last eight years, I’ve struggled with this at times, and more recently I have learned to embrace it all.

My third business, @spirituallyrealco, is a reflection of this.

In my work now, I incorporate all aspects of me… the 17-year multi-passionate entrepreneur, three-time founder, the intuitive and mystic, the psychic, medium, the nervous system studies and somatic trainings, and more.

Last year, I stopped hiding and started stepping out into the world in my bigness.

I launched a mentorship offer that balances somatic support and business strategy support, with energy work and intuitive readings to support my clients and meet them where they’re at. I blend things like astrology and Human Design, industry insights, and my intuitive energy-reading abilities to help my clients get unstuck, find clarity and fine-tune their energy so that they can navigate to the next levels in their life and business.

I’ve been exploring and playing around with a lot of formats for this work, from my monthly live group calls, to private workshops for corporate wellness and mastermind groups… to somatic workshop experiences… and many other forms I’ve yet to explore.

I love this work, and I love being in purpose.

One of the things I pride myself on most is helping my clients, first and foremost, reconnect to their bodies and innate wisdom. By reconnecting to their yes and no within their body.

This may seem so simple and like it has nothing to do with business, and I believe it has everything to do with it.

In a society where we are taught not to believe or trust ourselves—to give away our power—I believe part of my purpose is helping people take their power back. Upleveling their energy and finding better alignment, strategies, systems and support that work with them and the energy for their highest good.

Q4 is often a time when people lose steam and start looking toward the new year… I have found in my personal life and with clients that often Q4 is a great time to start recalibrating personal energy to build momentum for the new year to come.

My mentorship program includes energy work, nervous system support and intuitive guidance as the foundation of our work together because I find that without that, the strategies we implement in our businesses and lives often fall short.
